About Us

Specialistcenter Malmö is a modern specialist clinic in orthopedics. We are now looking for a dedicated and technically skilled property caretaker who wants to ensure that our premises and outdoor environment maintain a high standard and function optimally for our surgical operations.

About the Position

• The position involves approximately 20% property maintenance.

• This role may suit a retired property caretaker, janitor, service technician, or craftsman looking to work part-time.

• You will work independently and be our primary contact person for all property-related matters.

The main components of the property – supervision and contact with suppliers include

• Gas room (air compressor, oxygen)

• Boiler room (heating and water systems)

• Ventilation

• Fire protection – SBA, fire alarm.

• Sterile center

• Elevator

• Grounds and parking

Job Responsibilities

• Be the contact person for all property suppliers.

• Responsible for service agreements, inspections, and recurring checks.

• Ongoing supervision of the property's technical systems.

• Minor repairs within the property.

• Maintenance of grounds and parking.

• Ensure that documentation regarding checks and actions is kept up to date.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in property maintenance, technical operations, or maintenance.

• Is technically interested, solution-oriented, and structured.

• Is reliable, self-driven, and meticulous.

• Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility for the overall situation.

• Ideally has SBA training and is a facility manager for fire alarms.
