JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a rehabilitation assistant with us during the summer of 2026.

As a rehabilitation assistant, you will work according to instructions or delegated tasks from occupational therapists and physiotherapists in the area of assistive device management and activity and function training. Your responsibilities will also include guidance and support to patients, relatives, and care staff. You will work in a team and closely collaborate with both occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Additionally, you will also cooperate with other care staff.

The work is performed in the patient's home environment, in special accommodations, and in ordinary housing. There may also be practical tasks within the assistive device operations, such as delivering assistive devices to patients and working in the assistive device storage.

The working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, during the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is currently studying to become a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist, or is an educated nursing assistant or rehabilitation assistant. Previous experience working with rehabilitation or habilitation and familiarity with assistive devices is desirable.

You are confident in yourself and your tasks. You need to be independent, flexible, and possess good communication skills. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement.
