Your role

In the role of project manager, you will be a key person in driving our internal projects forward, focusing on the construction phase. You will play an important role in ensuring that the various parts of the project are carried out according to plan, with responsibility for construction management, electrical safety, and working environment. The work involves close collaboration with both internal and external actors, and you will have an active role in several parts of the project's implementation.

Your main tasks include:

• Leading and following up on the project's progress during the construction and installation phase
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and operational organizations
• Participating in the commissioning of facilities and coordinating resources
• Acting as the contact person and administrator for BAS-U, with responsibility for work environment coordination
• Serving as an Electrical Installer for Regulatory Compliance within an assigned area
• Being responsible for construction management in the construction phase, including coordination and follow-up on site

What you bring with you

We are looking for someone who is analytical and forward-looking, with the ability to see connections, identify challenges, and find solutions. You work goal-oriented and engaged, both independently and in collaboration with others. With a communicative and collaborative approach, you create good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

• At least a secondary education in a technical field
• Full authorization A, or alternatively AL
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience from the process industry or similar operations
• Competence in electrical power, including installation experience and good knowledge of regulations and directives for electrical installations
• Knowledge in construction and commissioning
• Project management training and experience in leading projects
• Experience in construction management
