RESPONSIBILITIES

You, together with your colleagues and the team, are responsible for planning and implementing good care and activities with the individual's needs at the center. The work requires a flexible approach and a very good ability to communicate and collaborate.

Your mission is characterized by responsibility, interaction, and the pursuit of the best possible meeting. We offer you a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference. The assignment also involves performing health and medical tasks as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with solid experience in dementia care. As a person, you have a high work ethic and are confident in yourself, engaging and professionally interacting with people. You are communicative and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are a positive person who sees opportunities, is flexible, and enjoys working in a changing environment.

You should be innovative and open to alternative working methods, where the individual is in focus. You have a genuine interest in working with people, focusing on the healthy aspects. Above all, you find it stimulating and enjoyable to care for individuals. We place great importance on personal suitability. You speak and write Swedish fluently. A completed education as a care assistant is required, as well as previous delegation of medication and insulin.
