We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have good knowledge of Swedish.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are committed, curious, and interested in learning new things. You have experience in the nursing assistant profession and can work independently – but you also enjoy collaborating with others. You are attracted by the pace of work on the care ward and have an interest in nursing. You are happy to contribute your opinions and experiences to provide our patients with the best possible care.

What you will work with

In the department, the nursing assistant works in a team together with experienced nurses, doctors, and other professional categories. In the workgroup, we have a good cohesion, we help each other, and we highly value job satisfaction and development. During the night, fewer staff are on duty – this places particularly high demands on both independence and teamwork within the team.

Since the respiratory apparatus encompasses different organs, you will gain broad competence in various medical conditions and nursing measures. In your daily work, in addition to basic nursing, you will perform practical tasks such as sampling, wound dressings, measuring vital parameters, and various measures to facilitate the patient's breathing.

Information about the position

We offer two permanent positions and one temporary position during the period 2026-04-01 - 2026-12-31. The employment rate is full-time with the possibility of part-time. Working hours are night shifts, weekend work is included. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
