Gardener for the Flower Program in Helsingborg

For the 2026 season, we at Mark & Trädgård Skottorp AB are looking for driven, creative, and responsible gardeners who are passionate about beautifying and maintaining public green spaces in the city of Helsingborg.

As a gardener with us, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience in the work of maintaining and developing the city's flower program. Here, you will play an important role in creating sustainable and beautiful outdoor environments for both citizens and visitors.

Job Responsibilities

As a gardener in Helsingborg's flower program, you will:

• Work with the maintenance and replanting of seasonal and perennial plantings.

• Be responsible for planting, watering, weeding, and trimming hedges and topiary.

• Perform daily tasks in a public environment with a focus on high quality and customer satisfaction.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education as a gardener, landscape engineer, or equivalent experience.
• Holds a B driver's license and has good driving experience (manual transmission).
• Has good knowledge of perennials and seasonal plants.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is social, humble, and has good communication skills, as the job involves interaction with both citizens, customers, and colleagues.

Additional Information

Start: March 2026.

Working Hours: Full-time, seasonal employment until November 2026.

Location: Helsingborg.
