Description

We are looking for a temporary Assistive Technology Technician for the unit of Municipal Primary Care with duties at the assistive technology operations.

You will be part of a team with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation and assistive technology assistants, and assistive technology technicians.

We can offer you an interesting and fun job, individually tailored introduction, and good collegial support from colleagues. The office and assistive technology operations are located in new, state-of-the-art, and adapted facilities. You will work on an hourly basis, during daytime Monday to Friday based on the needs of the operations.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include transporting assistive devices to and from patients' homes. This involves lifting and uncomfortable working positions. The work includes some technical service and cleaning of assistive devices, as well as assisting assistive technology technicians during inspections of assistive devices.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is accustomed to independently solving technical problems, is handy, and enjoys working with details. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with similar tasks. The job as an assistive technology technician requires good physical condition, good teamwork skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and in a team with a focus on service and customer orientation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Conditions

Driver's license B (manual)

Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written

References will be provided at the interview, at least one of which must be a supervisor.
