About the role

As a Service Advisor at Niemi Bil, you will work administratively at our workshop. In your role, you will have contact with customers and help them book the right service for their car, ensuring that each person receives a safe and helpful response that exceeds their expectations.

You will work in a tightly-knit team, where team spirit and helpfulness are the most important, and where our good reputation among our customers is our greatest pride!

Your work is as varied as the people you will meet, and above all very developing both technically and personally, and you will have the space to learn new things every day.

Who are you applying?

We would like you to have a great interest and curiosity about cars regardless of brand, and that you are mechanically inclined. But this is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you are friendly, helpful, and service-oriented.

Being good at communicating and willing to help both customers and your colleagues is important, as you will work closely with our sales facility.

You enjoy working both independently and together with a close-knit team. Personal service and good customer interaction will be an important part of the role.

As a person, we value that you are positive, goal-oriented, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You should also be meticulous, able to juggle many tasks, and have the ability to adapt to new situations.

Key competencies/abilities

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable competencies (not required)

• Relevant automotive education
• Previous work experience as a mechanic or in the automotive industry

Other

You will work at our workshop in Uppsala. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement.
