Your main responsibilities

Prepare and treat surfaces for painting, such as sanding, filling, and masking.
Apply primer and topcoat using spray equipment.
Ensure that the painting meets high quality standards and fulfills the company's requirements for precision and finish.
Work with various types of paint and color systems according to specified guidelines.
Follow the company's safety procedures and work proactively to maintain a safe working environment.
Contribute to keeping a clean and organized workplace.
Participate in efforts to continuously improve our processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience as a painter, preferably in heavy industry or the automotive industry.
Good knowledge of working with spray painting and various color systems.
Experience in preparatory work such as sanding, masking, and priming.
High accuracy and attention to detail to achieve high-quality results.
Understanding of workplace and safety requirements related to painting work.
