Autohero continues to grow! Do you have an eye for finish, color matching, and details – but also for testing new methods and building something from the ground up? We are looking for an experienced Paint Technician to help build our paint operations. Here you have a unique opportunity to take significant responsibility and put your stamp on how we work with car detailing and world-class painting.

What your role will be like

As a Paint Technician with us, you will work in a team of two alongside our Smart Repair Technician at our new Autohero center. Together, you will be responsible for painting and refinishing our cars, focusing on delivering vehicles in top condition to our customers.

The job encompasses the entire process – from masking, sanding, and color mixing to applying top coat, clear coat, and color adjustment. Together, you will contribute both in daily work and in further developing our routines, workflows, and tools.

What we hope you bring

• Several years of experience in car painting/refinishing
• Experience in repairing and repainting structural plastic is a significant advantage
• Accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for the entire process
• Good knowledge of color matching, OEM standards, and modern paint systems
• Attention to detail, quality thinking, and a structured approach to work
• Driver's license (B) – and preferably certifications in Refinishing or Painting
