We are now looking for someone with previous experience in the cleaning industry and who holds a driver's license (B) for a role with us at Clean and Style as a Cleaning Coordinator. In your new role as a 100% Coordinator, your tasks will vary between participation in move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and qualified home cleaning, with both independent work and teamwork involved - along with your administrative tasks of approximately 50%. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and complete assignments, lead and coordinate the remaining team towards set goals and according to our guidelines, policies, and working methods.

You who apply for the position have solid previous experience from various types of private cleaning and are eager to take the next step in your career where you will have a broad role but also a lot of administrative work with staffing, incoming booking inquiries, as well as emails and phone calls.

Furthermore, you are a natural leader who leads by example regarding structure and cleaning technical competence. The start date is as soon as possible, and we process applications on an ongoing basis.

Employment with us requires flexibility with varying working hours Mon-Fri and an average weekly working time of 40 hours per week, calculated over a period of 26 weeks.

We are open to adapting the role to 30-40 hours per week if desired.

STRONGLY MERITORIOUS:

• Experience in home cleaning and move-out cleaning specifically
• Can work in Nacka, Värmdö as well as Stockholm
• Can start immediately

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Begins with a 6-month probationary period
• Work mostly occurs Mon-Fri from 06-18
• Immediate start
• Full-time, but part-time can be offered if desired
