Biographical Information

Education: PRYL, SRY preferred

Work Experience:

Home cleaning - 6 months

Knowledge:

Languages: English, Swedish (required)

Familiarity with the city (addresses, subway, commuter trains, and others)

Knowledge about the service performed for the customer

Competence

Understanding customer needs and contacting the office

Using apps for work (hitta.se, SL, parking apps, Tengella, etc.)

Continuous communication with the customer and the office

Attention to detail in cleaning

Professional Skills

Ability to plan time and work

Providing reporting

Using chemicals and cleaning equipment professionally
