We offer you

As a Warehouse & Operations Manager, you are responsible for optimizing our logistical flows of goods to, from, and within the department store. You have a responsibility to work with the Store Manager to simplify work processes and create order and clarity in the warehouse and in the store's flow of goods to streamline operations and increase sales.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Proactively work to ensure a good working environment
• Optimize and ensure a sales-driven flow of goods in the department stores from the warehouse to all business areas in the store
• Communicate how the warehouse and flow of goods should be operated
• Lead and drive ongoing inventories and year-end inventories together with the store manager
• Be the contact person for internal and external partners regarding logistics and warehouse

You will work closely with other Warehouse Employees, Visual Merchandisers, Salespeople, and the Store Manager to provide the best experience for all our customers. You will report to the store manager and be part of the store's management team.

We are looking for

We give you trust and responsibility over your work with the opportunity to grow in a developing environment. You bring with you:

• Several years of experience in warehousing and logistics within retail where you have been responsible for creating routines and structure
• Experience with inventory
• It is an advantage if you have a forklift license with A-category, but it is not a requirement.

About the recruitment

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 30 hours/week, and working hours may vary between 7 AM and 7 PM. We would like you to start with us on March 1, 2025, or as agreed.
