Marbodal Norrköping is looking for you to help customers realize their kitchen dreams!

Marbodal sells kitchens, storage solutions, and bathroom furnishings. Sales take place from our exhibition/store in Ingelsta. We are looking for a social team member with a high sense of service, who naturally puts the customer first and understands their needs for their homes. You will have a fantastic range of furnishings from Marbodal at your disposal.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work in the store in Norrköping and receive booked customers for visits, which can also occur via video meetings and home visits. In addition, you will also welcome spontaneous customers in the store.

By guiding, inspiring, and informing, you help customers move forward in their kitchen and renovation dreams. You are the face of the brand and an ambassador for our company.

In our design program, we create interior environments for our customers, as well as prepare quotes, place orders, and manage orders in our order system. The role also includes handling customer inquiries regarding delivery, complaints, and assembly. We provide internal training for all our staff in sales techniques, design tools, and other systems after hiring.

Qualifications we are looking for:

You are a social person driven by creating good customer relationships
You have a sense of color and form and a strong interest in interior design
You thrive in the role of a salesperson and making good deals
You are used to taking overall responsibility for your assignments and feel confident in acting as a project manager to ensure everything falls into place
You have good computer skills and find it easy to learn and navigate different systems
Previous experience in selling kitchens, appliances, or storage is an advantage but not a requirement
You have a driver's license and access to your own car

About the Employment:

We offer a full-time permanent position with a six-month probationary period. We plan to fill the position starting February 1 or by agreement. The position also includes weekend work based on the schedule and store opening hours. The store is open:

Weekdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturdays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sundays closed
