Property Manager at SMD Logistics

As a Property Manager, you will be part of the Transport & Security Department and report to the Transport and Security Manager. The position is a permanent full-time employment, 40 hours per week.

We are now looking for a Property Manager for our logistics facility of approximately 17,000 m², where you will play an important role in keeping the operation safe, efficient, and well-functioning. You will be part of the property department under Transport & Security and report to the Transport & Security Manager.

About the position

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of our buildings, installations, and outdoor environments. You will work closely with production staff, the security department, transport management, and external suppliers – contributing to ensuring that our facility operates as it should, year-round.

You will work in an environment where logistics, security, and technology meet – perfect for you who enjoy creating structure and working with problem-solving. You will have the opportunity to influence and improve routines and operational solutions.

As a Property Manager, you will provide support to the operation during relocations, renovations, or adaptations of facilities. You are expected to contribute to improvements in operations, maintenance, and working environment. The role also includes tasks related to energy optimization for the property.

We believe you have:

• Education in property technology, operational technology, or equivalent (HVAC, electrical, and ventilation).
• Experience in property automation or control and monitoring systems (DUC), property management, operations, or technical maintenance, preferably within industry, logistics, or larger properties.
• Hot work, lift, or forklift licenses are advantageous.
