We are looking for a flexible, social, and service-oriented cleaner with good teamwork skills and an understanding of the importance of good service.

About the Job

As a cleaner at SLU, you will perform daily cleaning in our facilities across various operations. Depending on where you work, the environments will vary, ranging from offices, lecture halls, kitchens, laboratories, laundry rooms, etc. You will work according to INSTA 800, which is the Nordic standard for quality cleaning. In addition to cleaning, you may also be required to perform other service-related tasks as needed. Therefore, we want you to be flexible in your role and able to assist others within service at SLU. You are part of the service group and represent us as a good ambassador to the customer.

Your Background

We are looking for a meticulous and structured person who enjoys working systematically. You will work both independently and in a team. The group looks forward to meeting you, who is flexible, solution-oriented, and takes pride in delivering good service.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in professional cleaning.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious

• SRY vocational certificate
• Experience in floor care

About Us

The Department of Infrastructure, Infra, is part of the central operational support at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Infra's mission is to provide cost-effective, customized, and well-functioning service solutions both locally at our main locations in Umeå, Uppsala, and Alnarp where we are represented, as well as contribute to service development for the entire SLU. Overall, the department also handles local supply issues and lease administration and provides guidance and competence support in environmental and safety matters. We and our employees are expected to actively contribute to the university's development through engagement and initiative. Infra has about 120 employees and an annual turnover of around 110 million SEK.
