Housekeeping Manager (Temporary) Wanted at Comfort Hotel Winn

We are seeking a replacement for our housekeeper Maja, who will be on parental leave during the spring.

As Housekeeping Manager at Comfort Hotel Winn, you will have personnel responsibility for the housekeeping department. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, keeping staff motivated, and ensuring that we have well-cleaned and fresh rooms for rental.

With an eye for detail and a heart that beats for the environment, you set the standard for the hotel's results. As Housekeeping Manager, you will work both administratively and operationally, and the work may take place on both weekdays and weekends. The position includes a 100% temporary contract starting on 1/2 2026 or by agreement. The temporary position extends until 31/1 2027 with a possible extension.

You are also a joy-bringer with a laugh and energy that spreads to others. You are professional in a relaxed way and collaborate well with all departments in the hotel. You are reliable and take full responsibility for achieving set results. You need basic knowledge of Swedish and English; other languages are a plus.
