Substitute Cleaners

Cleaning and Operational Services encompass the municipality's cleaning, technical support, and operational caretakers.

By working professionally, we take care of the municipality's premises and contribute to sustainability. Cleaning is important for everyone who spends time in the premises as it affects both comfort and health, and with the customer in focus, we perform both small and large tasks. The cleaning service is quality, environmental, and work environment certified. The cleaning units are divided into geographical areas referred to as districts. The unit managers are responsible for the employees working within the districts.

The cleaning service cleans the municipality's premises such as schools, preschools, nursing homes, town halls, and sports halls.

We are now looking for substitute cleaners! In this role, you will support during sick leave and vacations, making it perfect to combine with studies or another job!

Your Responsibilities

The main tasks consist of planning and performing daily regular cleaning of premises, as well as deep cleaning, window washing, and floor care. You will also clean using machine operation, order materials, and maintain ongoing contact with our customers. You will also be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of equipment, machines, and other materials. Additionally, you will be quality responsible for your own performed work.

About You

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma. Previous experience in cleaning/cleaning services and SRY training or service training is an advantage.

You have a good sense of service and enjoy working with others but also function well independently. You also have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and are service-oriented.

You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing (at least SFI D-level). This is necessary so that you can read and understand instructions and communicate via phone calls, SMS, email, chat functions, and other communication channels.

The positions are for intermittent employment, meaning extra as needed, with start dates according to agreement.
