We are now looking for a Group Manager/Process Leader who has experience in leading employees and also has experience in process management for the Transport Department at our highly automated e-commerce warehouse in Brunna. With us, you will be offered a role with great responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our logistics operations.

About the role

As a Group Manager in Transport, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 20–25 delivery responsible drivers. You will drive daily operations closely with the business, monitor customer interactions, work environment, and traffic safety – while leading the development of our working methods from idea to implemented improvement. This also includes process management in improvements, mapping flows, defining standards, setting KPIs, and ensuring follow-up.

Since this facility is completely new, you will both recruit and onboard new employees as well as establish and refine processes and routines.

It is important that you can create a strong team spirit and a high level of engagement, as well as coach your employees in various work situations. We believe in a present and involving leadership, and therefore you will work closely with your staff operationally in daily operations.

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who has:

· At least 3 years of experience in managerial/leadership roles within transport operations with real-time personnel responsibility.

· Experience in personnel and work environment responsibility as well as experience in work management.

· A few years of experience in process management.

· Post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or equivalent work experience.

· You have held a Swedish driver's license for at least 5 years

· You have very good knowledge of last mile delivery and logistics

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

· Good computer skills: MS Office and knowledge of e-commerce systems is a merit

· You have at least 3 years of experience in health promotion work and/or union work and labor law.

· Experience in driving improvement work according to LEAN principles or SIX Sigma is a merit.
