We are looking for a team leader for Apotekstjänst in Lidingö. We seek someone who is flexible, structured, and meticulous. Quality is a requirement, therefore we see that you are a careful person who can take responsibility for your tasks.

Sampack is the department where all packing and picking of medicines is done. Your tasks include: - Order picking - Packing and quality control of orders - Incoming deliveries in the warehouse program Visma Business - Stocking - Printing of orders/documentationWorking hours are scheduled during daytime, from 08:00 to 16:45.

In addition to these tasks, you will have a leadership role and are expected to:

• Be responsible for leading and supporting staff in daily operations.

• Ensure that work routines and quality requirements are followed.

• Plan and manage scheduling as needed.

• Act as a contact person and ensure good communication within the team.

• Provide feedback and train staff as necessary.

• You must be able to work from 08:00 to 16:45

• You should enjoy working with monotonous tasks

• Good understanding of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• Experience in leadership is an advantage.

• Experience in handling medicines or machine operation is advantageous but not a requirement.
