You will take the project from the initial brief to final delivery. This means you will create the plan, coordinate the work, and ensure that the client and team know what needs to be done and when. In some assignments, you may also need to participate in quality assurance.

Start date: January 7.

Remote or office at Styrmansgatan in Stockholm.

What you will do in the role

You will start by reviewing the client's brief and clarifying what is included in the assignment. You will formulate a clear delivery, set a timeline, and determine which parts should be done first. You will delegate tasks to developers and others involved in the project and ensure they receive the necessary materials.

Throughout the work, you will follow up on the status, identify risks and obstacles, and ensure that decisions are made when needed. You will hold check-ins with the client and the team, documenting decisions.

Before delivery, you will review the results and check that everything works and holds together. For example, you can review structure, links, functions, design, language, and accessibility.

Who we are looking for

You have led digital projects in your work or during your studies. You write very good Swedish and deliver client materials and documentation without spelling errors. You work meticulously and keep track of details while making things happen. You can independently drive an assignment from brief to delivery and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and determine the level of detail needed.

Extra plus

It is beneficial if you have worked in a web agency environment or in a setting with multiple parallel client projects. It is also an advantage if you are familiar with WCAG, have worked with CMS, and publishing.

You will receive clear assignments and responsibility for driving them all the way to completion. You plan your work yourself and can use time between assignments to improve work methods or learn more in relevant areas. Scope and compensation can be adjusted based on level and delivery.
