RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented operational warehouse planner who will be a key person in our logistics team. You will work closely with warehousing, transportation, and material planning to ensure efficient flows and high delivery precision. You will have the system supports MS Dynamics 365 and Astro WMS at your disposal. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse management, ensuring efficiency in the flows, and contributing to our customers receiving their deliveries on time.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and optimizing warehouse flow in real-time with system support, identifying and solving bottlenecks
• Redistributing resources
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Ensuring that scheduled departures are on time
• Coordinating with transport and picking to minimize lead times
• Handling deviations and suggesting improvements
• Participating in development projects for the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a completed upper secondary education and several years of experience in warehouse planning or a similar logistics role. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are comfortable with administration and have good system skills from ERP, WMS, and knowledge of Excel. You thrive and feel confident in distributing tasks within a warehouse operation or equivalent.

We want you to be responsible, meticulous, cooperative, and communicative. Order and tidiness are a given for you, and you have good analytical skills and enjoy working with data collection.
