Job Responsibilities:

As a line mechanic, you will work in production alongside operators. The job involves taking care of and maintaining technical equipment, performing preventive maintenance (FU), working with and creating work orders in the maintenance system Maximo, and deducting work/parts.

You are responsible for the daily operation of our machines in the line teams and for quality assurance of both the machines in use and the products manufactured, as well as for other tasks that may arise.

Systematically working on continuous improvements, process development, and being involved in following up on our business goals in line with our overarching objectives are also important job responsibilities.

As a line mechanic, you will work in the European division, Swedish Match Europe Division. You will be part of production and report to the area manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of nicotine pouch (NP) production
• Experience from process industry
• Experience with industrial tools such as TPU or SIX SIGMA / Open+
• Specific qualifications, hot work, forklift license, mobile working platform
