We are doing really well! To meet our customers' needs, we are strengthening our organization with a Technical Project Manager based in Köping.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you are the hub between the customer, sales, and technology. You are responsible for customer contact, business development, and the execution of customized technical projects. From the first customer dialogue, you build trust, capture needs, and translate them into profitable solutions. You drive the entire process from early feasibility study, through quotes and contracts, to delivery and follow-up. Along the way, you coordinate internal and external resources so that everyone works towards the same goal. At the same time, you keep structure on timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure a stable delivery. In your daily work, you combine prospecting, needs analysis, and quote work with present project management at the customer.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Lead technical projects from early development phase to stable series production together with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure that products are effectively introduced into production with the right quality, timeline, and cost.
  • Act as a hub between the customer, development, and production to create value in every project.
  • Nurture and develop existing customer relationships and identify new needs and business opportunities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • an engineering degree or other equivalent acquired knowledge
  • several years of experience in technical project management in the manufacturing industry or relevant manufacturing experience
  • technical and economic understanding
  • the ability to achieve set goals
  • the ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • experience with plastics is highly meritorious
  • experience with tools is highly meritorious
  • driver's license B
