This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and SAAB. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with the client in Gothenburg.

About the job as an Incoming Inspector

As an incoming inspector, you are responsible for ensuring that incoming materials and components meet the correct quantity, quality, and specifications according to the purchase order. You ensure and archive the associated documentation, handle deviations, complaints, and error reports (often in English). You actively contribute to continuous improvements to enhance quality and efficiency in the processes.

Your tasks

• Check deliveries against purchase orders regarding quantity, amount, and quality
• Review materials against current technical documentation and specifications
• Ensure, structure, and archive associated documentation
• Handle deviations, complaints, and error reports (often in English)
• Report documentation deficiencies according to applicable procedures

Additional information

• Location: Gothenburg
• Assignment start: January
• Assignment length: 6 months, with a great possibility of extension or employment with the client

You communicate well in English, can read and interpret technical documents, and work methodically according to routines and standards.

Requirements for the position

• Experience in quality, inspection, or technical work
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic ESD knowledge and extra care with electronics
