Information about the position

Professionals Nord is once again launching this successful program in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introduction period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of refrigeration technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transition to Bravida, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Information about the introduction period

You will participate in a free 12-week introduction. During the period, there is also the possibility of favorable study support, a secure pathway into your new career as a refrigeration technician!

The introduction is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical elements to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the introduction period, you will develop in areas such as electrical knowledge, reading drawings, control systems, and components of the refrigeration process.

• Kick-off event: January 19
• Pre-studies: January 19 – February 13
• On-site introduction: February 16 - May 8 (details for the entire introduction period will be provided at the employment interview)
• First day at Bravida: May 11, 2026

Information about the position:

As a refrigeration technician at Bravida, you will ensure that customers' refrigeration systems function as they should. The position is primarily within large kitchens and laundry, where you will meet both private and public corporate clients, providing a varied and technically developing workday. You will work with service, troubleshooting, and maintenance, often in restaurants and condominiums. This may involve replacing components or compressors, but above all, finding solutions that make the customer's facility function optimally.

The work is varied and combines practical craftsmanship with technical problem-solving. You will work independently at the customer's site but always have colleagues nearby when needed. The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, meeting people, and finding solutions on-site! As a refrigeration technician at Bravida, you will have a free and developing profession – and you will also gain knowledge that is beneficial both at work and in private life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in changing careers to become a refrigeration technician
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has a high school diploma
• Holds a B driver's license
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish
• Has passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Has passed a background check

Since the work is often performed independently in the field, it is important that you enjoy working alone and feel confident in taking initiative and driving your work forward. At the same time, you have a strong communicative ability - you can convey problems, engage in clear dialogue, and create understanding in your interactions with both customers and colleagues.

You are attentive and observant and see opportunities where others may not. You dare to think outside the box and can identify situations where upselling or improvements are relevant. Your flexibility allows you to quickly adapt when plans change, and you handle stressful situations with calm and focus. Even though you work a lot independently, you are a team player who collaborates well when needed. You take safety and work environment seriously and always follow procedures and guidelines – something that contributes to a safe working environment for yourself and others!
