The Staffing Pool in Karlskrona is an important part of the service area in Region Blekinge.

Our mission is to ensure continuity and quality by replacing regular staff during absences in several operational areas, such as cleaning, kitchen and restaurant, café and shop, transport and janitorial services, as well as central storage.

We are an engaged team of 12 employees who together form part of the management and operational support unit. With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a well-functioning service and support function for operations within Region Blekinge.

The Job

Do you want a varied and meaningful job where you get the chance to work in several different operational areas? We are looking for a flexible and responsible colleague who can step in where needed and contribute where the business has the greatest need.

Since cleaning is one of our largest customers, a significant part of the working hours may be allocated to this area. Your main tasks include covering for absences of cleaners, warehouse workers, serving assistants, service staff, and janitors. If you have relevant training, it may also be relevant to cover for absences of chefs and cold kitchen staff. The tasks vary, and some may be physically demanding.

The employment is for a temporary position starting as soon as possible and running until May 5, 2026. There is a possibility of extension if the business has continued needs.

Working hours: Weekdays from 07:00 to 15:30.

About You

We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education or other equivalent education that the employer considers comparable. A B driver's license is required. Experience in our operational areas and service work is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have any of the following: truck license D1, chef or cold kitchen training, training as a kitchen assistant, or SRY training.

We value flexibility, and to thrive in the role, you need to be adaptable to new circumstances. You are service-oriented, have good collaborative skills, and are meticulous and responsible. Your social skills and positive attitude will be important assets in the workplace.

Since our corporate language is Swedish, you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

About Regional Service

The organization of Region Blekinge is divided into six areas of responsibility, one of which is regional service. Here, there are consolidated resources for regional properties, property technology, cleaning, logistics, meal service, central storage, and customer service. The main mission of regional service is to own, manage, and develop Region Blekinge's properties and rented premises. The area also provides and develops service functions within cleaning, meal, material, and textile supply.
