Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least one year of work experience in the industry who wants to develop in areas such as:

• Assembly and production (blue-collar workers and white-collar workers)
• Production technology
• Improvement and efficiency work
• Planning / Logistics

Whether you work operationally close to production or in a more technical, leading, or coordinating role, you are important to us. We are looking for both practical problem solvers and analytical specialists who want to contribute to stable, safe, and efficient production.

For roles in assembly, employment may initially occur through one of our external consulting providers. The ambition is for this to transition to a permanent position with us, provided that the collaboration works well for both parties.

This arrangement allows for a quick start in the business and a good introduction to our working methods, while also giving you the chance to demonstrate your competence and develop together with us.

All roles with us involve work in security-sensitive operations and require approved security clearance according to §1 chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). In some cases, there may also be requirements for specific citizenship.
