About the position

As an NC operator with a focus on turning, you will have a varied and independent role where you plan and execute your work based on established schedules. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure efficient production with high quality, while also being responsible for accurate documentation and updated protocols.

You will be part of the client's NC department, which consists of ten skilled employees. Here, we work with short series and high tolerance requirements, mainly on Okuma machines. The machining workshop consists of about 30 people and includes milling, spark erosion, grinding, surface treatment, hardening, and non-destructive testing (NDT). You will handle materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.

The client uses modern methods such as laser profile measurement and works according to Lean and 5S principles to create a smart, structured, and pleasant working environment. You will be involved in manufacturing high-quality mechanical products for the aerospace and defense industry. As a person, you are calm and solution-oriented, and you enjoy finding smart ways to solve challenges. Since the work requires high accuracy, we prefer candidates with a good understanding of tight tolerances and who value order and documentation. Experience in turning and good knowledge of reading technical drawings are advantageous. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, which is important for understanding instructions and technical materials.

We value commitment, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate - qualities that contribute to strengthening the team and creating a creative and inclusive work environment.
