TopWork is now looking for an experienced setter for injection molding for an exciting assignment with a leading client in Gnosjö – the heart of Småland's industrial region. We are looking for someone who is passionate about process optimization and robot programming, and who has experience in testing new products. In this role, every day presents technical challenges and opportunities to make a real difference.

• Perform tool changes and optimize processes for injection molding and robots
• Be responsible for testing new tools and products
• Document and drive process improvements
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in production

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is meticulous, responsible, and technically engaged
• Is a team player who contributes to a positive work environment
• Wants to develop in your professional role and constantly learn more
