About the Client Company

The client company is responsible for the collection and treatment of wastewater for a large number of residents in several cooperating municipalities in the Gothenburg area. The wastewater is transported through an extensive tunnel system to a central treatment facility where nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic material are removed to reduce environmental impact and eutrophication of the sea.

The organization actively works with circular solutions where by-products are returned to the cycle in the form of energy and treated sludge. Environmental and sustainability issues permeate the entire organization, which is certified according to established environmental management and quality standards. Through technical development, collaboration, and a clear environmental responsibility, the organization contributes to healthy waterways and a long-term sustainable society.

Job Responsibilities

Miljonbemanning is looking for an engaged and meticulous property technician for the client company's workgroup. You will belong to the property group consisting of a group manager, technical managers, property technicians, property caretakers, and cleaners. Together, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the client company's properties, which include process facilities, laboratories, offices, and technical spaces.

Main Job Duties

  • Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and repairs of properties and technical systems, identify and address issues, and work on preventive maintenance in the form of care and inspection rounds. Jobs are managed and documented in the operation and maintenance system MaintMaster.

  • Monitoring and alarm management: Monitor that the facility operates optimally and safely via our control system Desigo CC.

  • Contact with contractors: Coordinate and oversee the work performed by external contractors, ensure they follow our safety standards and quality requirements, and act as a contact person between contractors and internal departments.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and without disruptions to operations.

  • Safety: Ensure that safety regulations and procedures are followed, conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, and take measures to minimize risks.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone with relevant education in property technology and a few years of work experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of properties, preferably industrial properties. To succeed in this role, you need to have a B driver's license and good driving experience. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should also have basic general technical knowledge about, for example, HVAC, cooling, heating, and systematic fire protection work.

It is highly meritorious if the person has experience working with control systems.

As a person, you need to be able to work both independently and in a team and can take your own initiatives. You should have good collaboration skills and communication abilities. You should also be solution-oriented and have a structured way of working.

This is a staffing assignment that runs from March 2, 2026, to August 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension for a few months.

The start date can be discussed if you are not available before March 2; there is also the possibility of discussing some summer vacation.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:00 and 15:30, and you will be based at the client company's main workplace in central Gothenburg.
