The role of nurse/district nurse

You will have a varied, stimulating, and diverse job with regular tasks at a health center. You will work Monday to Friday with some on-call duties in the evenings and weekends at the urgent care. One position is a permanent full-time employment. The other position is a full-time temporary position. For both positions, the start date is immediate or according to agreement.

Your future workplace

The Bra Liv health centers are the regionally driven primary care in Jönköping County and consist of 33 health centers. Our goal is "Better health for all," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. Väster Health Center is located in newly built, bright, spacious, and purpose-built premises, situated on Mossleplatån with a beautiful view of Lake Vidöstern. This contributes to our ability to actively work with the right use of competence, develop the business, and foster collaboration among all professions at the health center. The health center is located right next to Värnamo Hospital. Here, there are optimal conditions and a good working environment.

About 45 medically competent and friendly employees work with us, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the team. The staffing is good and consists of responsible and self-sufficient personnel. We have about 12,000 registered patients and also operate two health center branches in the countryside, in Bredaryd and Forsheda, which is a popular feature for both residents and employees. We have good and well-established contacts with our residents.

Your profile

We are now looking for you who are a licensed nurse/district nurse. Since work in the evenings and weekends may occur at our urgent care, a B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We would like you to have experience in telephone counseling in TeleQ, outpatient work, and primary care experience. Digital healthcare experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You can work independently but also together with various professional groups. You are engaged, confident, responsible, and understand the importance of good communication. You are flexible and want to develop and improve the business together with us. You absorb new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues. You adapt your work, approach, and attitude based on the patient and the situation.

The position also includes some administrative tasks, so you need to be comfortable with many different tasks. A positive attitude towards your colleagues and your work is also highly valued. We place great importance on personal suitability.
