Wasagården is a care and support home with 75 care places. At Wasagården, there are two departments focused on dementia, three physical departments, a short-term department, and a day activity program with a dementia focus. Approximately 80 permanent staff and about 25 substitutes work here.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a coordinator, you are an important support function for the unit manager and staff. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the unit manager and another coordinating colleague. You are expected to work independently to prioritize, coordinate, and follow up on your tasks.
You will have an overall coordination responsibility for part of the unit's staff. This responsibility includes administrative tasks such as staffing, scheduling, managing sick leave and vacation, invoice handling, ordering consumables, and planning joint activities for the unit.
You will also be involved in the recruitment of substitutes and will be responsible for planning introductions. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of work methods and routines, as well as planning training initiatives and the implementation of digital tools in the operations.
In this role, you must be able to collaborate with other managers, coordinators, staff, and external contacts such as staffing planners, assistance officers, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and relatives.
Part of your working hours will be allocated to care work as a nursing assistant, comprising about 20%.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. To succeed in this role, you need to have prior experience in staffing planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. You have good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with the operational systems TimeCare planning, TimeCare pool, Personec P, Agresso, and the documentation system VIVA.
You find it easy to collaborate with others, are service-oriented, and can easily build good relationships. You enjoy working and networking with several professions and have an interest in welfare technology and digitalization. We also see that you have a positive attitude towards work and contribute to a good working climate.
You are flexible, attentive, solution-focused, and take responsibility for and organize your work efficiently. You have clear and good communication skills and take the initiative for improvement efforts and development of the operations. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in yourself and professional in your approach, with a good demeanor. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the assignment.
You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and a strong ability to communicate in both spoken and written form.
