Job Description
Do you want to take the next step and lead the development of installation technology in northern Sweden? AFRY is looking for a Service Market Area Manager responsible for driving and developing our business in Electrical, HVAC, and Control. The role is both strategic and operational – you will be a key person in shaping the technical solutions of the future for critical societal projects.
You will work closely with our clients to ensure that we deliver top expertise in projects that demand high levels of innovation, reliability, and energy efficiency. Our assignments range from advanced healthcare buildings and laboratory environments to security-classified facilities, defense-related infrastructure, and large infrastructural development projects.
As a Service Market Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing the market, building long-term customer relationships, and driving the business forward. You will be part of AFRY's focus on digitalization and new ways of working – where we explore AI-supported design and smart solutions that meet future demands.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong grounding in the industry and a genuine interest in developing businesses and people. You have a technical background in Electrical, HVAC, or Control and are ready to take full responsibility for the market in northern Sweden.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Control – preferably in complex projects
- Good understanding of installation technology and its role in critical societal projects
- Experience in customer relations, business development, or leadership roles
- Local network and market presence for at least 5 years
- Ability to work with digital tools and interest in new ways of working
Desirable:
- Experience in projects within Healthcare, Defence, or security-classified environments
- Experience leading teams and driving development in interdisciplinary projects
Business acumen and strategic thinking
