Job Advertisement: Playland Leader

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great service with a smile? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Together with the playland manager, you will have a key role in leading and driving the playland. You will also be responsible for the playland when the manager is not present. Additionally, you may be responsible for one or more areas such as parties or the kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the operation according to Leo's 4S - Safety, Cleanliness, Service, and Sales
• Work according to the company's concept and principles
• Ensure that the playland is always in top condition
• Purchasing
• Organize children's parties
• Prepare and serve simple meals

The work is operational, and you are part of your team.

Qualifications

You should have previous work experience, and it is advantageous to have worked in the service or restaurant industry, preferably in a kitchen. You are self-driven, flexible, and structured in your work. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have no issues handling stress. Since the job can be physically demanding, we prefer that you share our view on a healthy lifestyle, stay fit, and take responsibility for your health. We are looking for a positive person who will work with the team to achieve set goals. Last but not least, you love interacting with guests and always strive to exceed their expectations!

Other

The position is a temporary role at 75% with immediate start, lasting until the end of August 2026. There may be opportunities for more work. Working hours vary, but a requirement is that you must work at least every other weekend. We are affiliated with a collective agreement.
