We are now looking for an occupational therapist for our mobile rehab team in Gothenburg. 

With us, you will be an important part of a competent group of 8 people, both occupational therapists and physiotherapists who currently work both individually and collaboratively, across professions and within rehab. Together, we work for high patient safety and to create that little extra in the everyday life of the elderly in our special accommodations.

As part of Close Care's larger rehab network, you will also have access to active collegial support both in Gothenburg and throughout the country, where the focus is on quality, knowledge exchange, and continuous development.

Job Description

As an occupational therapist with us, you have overall responsibility for the rehabilitation of patients. You conduct assessments, plan and implement measures, document interventions, and prescribe medical technical products based on individual needs. An important part of your work is to guide and educate nursing staff to ensure safe and quality care. You collaborate closely with physiotherapists, nurses, operational managers, and nursing staff.

You will be supported by a group manager with a background as a trained physiotherapist and a large, wonderful team of competent colleagues, as well as clear working methods and routines.

About You

You are a licensed occupational therapist with a genuine interest in elderly care and teamwork. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and independent, meeting others with humility and professionalism. With a flexible attitude and a pedagogical and communicative approach, you enjoy guiding, inspiring, and creating safety in your interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

Requirements

• License as an occupational therapist
• Driver's license B is required
• Experience from similar work in special accommodations is an advantage

About the Recruitment Process

If you are invited to an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
