Description

The Hearing Services operate throughout the Västra Götaland Region and provide support and treatment to individuals with permanent hearing impairment, deafness, and deafblindness of all ages.

The Hearing Services in Södra Älvsborg have clinics in Borås and Alingsås. Collaboration occurs with Ear, Nose, and Throat clinics, other services within Habilitering & Health, user organizations, colleges, and universities. We are now looking for two licensed audiologists for permanent positions at our Audiology Clinic, primarily located in Borås.

Responsibilities

As an audiologist in our unit, you will work with both audiological diagnostics and rehabilitation. The measures are based on a holistic approach where the audiologist collaborates with other professional categories alongside the patient/relatives.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed audiologist. We are looking for someone interested in clinical work with hearing diagnostics and rehabilitation. Great emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability. It is important that the person we are looking for fits into the workgroup and wants to be part of the future development of the service. Experience working with Auditbase, Noah, and Melior is an advantage.
