Site Manager – Jetpak

Overall Responsibility:

As Site Manager at Jetpak, you are responsible for the daily operational activities at the terminal and for ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused deliveries. You lead staff, plan resources, and actively work to develop processes and routines to achieve the company's goals.

Main Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and allocate the daily terminal and distribution work to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Be responsible for recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, and development of terminal and driver personnel.

Monitor delivery quality, manage deviations, work closely with customers, and ensure that service levels and customer experience are maintained at a high standard.

Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, safety procedures, and Jetpak's internal guidelines.

Monitor incoming/outgoing volumes and report to the CEO. Available after hours by phone as on-call duty is included in the weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership within logistics, transport, or terminal operations.
• Good understanding of distribution flows and time-critical deliveries.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in leading teams.
• Good data/system proficiency and ability to work with reporting.

Employment Terms

· Full-time

· Start date as agreed. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

· Salary according to agreement.
