Production Lead at Seriline

We are now looking for a Production Lead who wants to take responsibility, drive improvements, and be the team captain in everyday life.

Your Responsibilities

As Production Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations in production and lead the team with a present and unpretentious leadership style. You will work operationally alongside the team while also driving the development of work methods, processes, and quality.

Your role includes:

• Leading and distributing the daily work in the production team
• Working operationally in production with personalization of ID cards and key fobs, coding and encryption, laser engraving, printing, and configuring access readers
• Planning, structuring, and following up on production, staffing, and efficiency
• Ensuring high quality through active quality work and improved processes
• Driving efficiency, increased machine utilization, and automation
• Training and developing the team while ensuring that skills are kept up to date
• Being a technical support in production and for internal technical issues

The work is performed on-site and is characterized by high presence, clear leadership, and a strong commitment to both people and results.

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident and communicative leader with experience in production, warehousing, or logistics, preferably in a role as team leader, shift leader, or similar. You enjoy working closely with the operations and are motivated by combining operational work with development and improvement.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have documented leadership experience and dare to make decisions even in times of change
• Are structured, strategic, and have a strong quality mindset
• Are technically interested and have good IT skills
• Have experience in production and/or warehousing and logistics
• Have worked with Lean, efficiency work, and quality processes (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Have an interest and understanding of automation and machine time
• Are curious and have the ability to acquire knowledge in coding and encryption
• Enjoy working in a team and are a clear and attentive leader
