We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated special diet chef for our kitchen. Special diets are an important part of our operations and place high demands on quality, safety, and structure.

Responsibilities

Preparation of special diets (e.g., allergy diets, vegetarian/vegan, medical and religious needs)
Safe handling of allergens and good food hygiene
Collaboration with the kitchen team on planning and production
Documentation and labeling of special diets
Other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications

Training as a chef or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Meticulous, responsible, and structured
Good teamwork skills
Swedish language skills in speaking and writing

Meritorious

Experience with special diets
Experience in large kitchens, school, or production kitchens
Knowledge of nutrition and self-control

We offer

Full-time position
Working hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
The position is to be filled immediately or as soon as possible
