With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. The job is suitable for you who are looking for a part-time job with great flexibility. You can change your calendar all the way up to 11:59 PM the day before you are scheduled to work.

This is how the job works

You often work on short notice (the same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. The specific tasks you will work with will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will always be personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and skills).

You can easily manage the job in our smart app. Additionally, you will have both a support team and a personal coach to assist you when needed before, during, and after work. You work securely under a collective agreement. Of course, you will receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to know?

• You need to have a high school diploma.
• Experience in teaching/presenting, or other experience working with children and youth in preschool, primary school, or other educational activities.
• You also need to be willing to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your calendar - but you need to be prepared to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in the job!
