Lärarförmedlarna is the largest provider of substitute teachers in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and preschools and a variety of exciting assignments to work with! We are now looking for you who want to work as a subject teacher in physical education at the secondary level (grades 7-9) during the autumn term.

How Lärarförmedlarna Works

With Lärarförmedlarna, work life becomes easier! You can work from preschool to adult education, a lot or a little, often or rarely. Assignments last from a few weeks up to a term (Do you want to work on shorter assignments or just a few days? Then we recommend our sister company; Pamoja). You are always matched to your best assignment and never have to compete with colleagues for jobs. It is safe for both you and the school.

How the Job Works

As a substitute teacher, your job includes planning and conducting lessons. It also involves communication with colleagues and parents. You can easily manage the job in our user-friendly app. When you need support, we are always close by; in chat, on the phone, or via email. You will have both a personal contact person and a large network of colleagues to learn from and develop with.

What Do You Need to Know?

Our clients love our staff! Therefore, we are meticulous when we recruit.

→ You need to be a qualified teacher or have other relevant education.

→ You need to have experience in teaching, assessment, and evaluation.

→ You are a skilled educator who understands that the job also involves motivating and inspiring.

→ You need to speak and write Swedish (or in some cases English) and have a valid extract from the criminal record.

→ You should want to be a role model for everyone you meet. Smart and kind, simply :)

→ You need to be able to work part-time or full-time during the autumn term.
