With us, you will work in a familiar and professional environment where collaboration, quality, and service are in focus. As an important link between the workshop, technicians, and customers, you contribute to a smooth and efficient daily operation.

As a spare parts salesperson at Neoplan, you will have a broad and varied role. You are responsible for both internal and external sales of spare parts, inventory management, and order processing. You work closely with customer reception and the workshop to ensure that the right parts are in the right place – at the right time.

Your main tasks will include:

• Inventory management and order processing in our inventory system
• Registration of incoming deliveries
• Preparing and picking spare parts for the day's work
• Supporting technicians in ordering the right parts
• Identifying the right spare part based on customer needs or vehicle-specific issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in spare parts management (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Is service-minded, technically skilled, and has an eye for detail
• Has good computer skills
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with the Kobra inventory system
• Previous work with heavy vehicles, buses, or trucks
