About the position:

You will be part of a shift team with experienced colleagues who support each other and always work in a safety-conscious manner. In the role of process operator, you will primarily work with monitoring and controlling the production process in our factories in Stenungsund that manufacture Chlorine/VCM.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will work with rounds, sampling, and safely starting/stopping production.
  • Safety is a focus area for INOVYN Sweden AB, and it is a requirement that you work and think in a safety-conscious manner.
  • Control the production process safely.
  • Participate in the Technical group (emergency response group).

Profile and characteristics:

  • Education as a Process Operator, Operations Technician, or similar, or several years of professional experience in the Process Industry.
  • Driving license B.
  • Understanding of complex processes and analytical skills.
  • Responsible with an interest in the process industry.
  • Loyal, meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills.
  • Helpful, unpretentious, and able to share your knowledge as well as learn from others.
  • Express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
  • As a shift operator, you will work 12-hour shifts scheduled on weekdays, weekends, and nights, which means you need to handle the stress that shift and night work can entail.

This is a fixed-term employment with immediate start. The employment extends until 2026-09-30 with the possibility of extension.
