Coordinator/Nurse/District Nurse, VC Jakobsgårdarna, Borlänge

In this combined position, you will work both as a coordinator and as a nurse/district nurse. As a coordinator, you will lead and distribute the daily work at the health center, make decisions to ensure a good working environment and patient-safe work, and actively participate in quality work and the implementation of routines and working methods. You will also be responsible for personnel and payroll administration.

In your role as a nurse, you will work with telephone counseling, reception, and care administration.

The position involves close collaboration with the department manager and other employees to ensure effective and qualitative care.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse or district nurse.

Experience in leadership, quality work, and primary care is an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and have the ability to make quick and long-term decisions. You are independent but also a good team player who meets both patients and colleagues in a professional manner. You have a positive attitude towards change and development work and always strive to improve both your own and the organization's quality.
