TKL's successful journey continues, and to meet the market's demands for quality and high service levels, we are increasing our team with a senior Freight Forwarder at the Jönköping office.

In the role of Freight Forwarder at TKL, you will be responsible for several customers' shipments where you plan and book transports with various modes of transport in a global market. You will communicate proactively and in real-time, keeping customers and partners informed about how the shipping process is progressing and communicating disruptions and events during the shipment. You will handle ongoing problems and situations that arise and ensure that you find the best solution for all parties involved. In this role, you are important for the relationship with the customer and ensure that we follow up on our shipments to continuously improve.

To be considered for the role of Freight Forwarder at TKL, you should have previous experience working with international transports, preferably from a role with many points of contact. You are communicative in both spoken and written language and are comfortable in dialogue with customers, colleagues, and partners, both in Sweden and globally. You are a problem solver, have an analytical mindset, and a commercial interest in making the best and smoothest deals possible for all parties. You thrive in a non-prestigious environment with high ceilings, short decision-making paths, and a collective ambition to always improve. You are a regular user of Excel and a larger financial/business system and communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in sea and/or air freight is a plus.
