Ljungberga is a special accommodation facility in the Kungshögen area. Ljungberga has several departments divided into special accommodation, short-term accommodation, and respite care. Ljungberga also has a Meeting Place where various activities and social interaction are offered. The schedule includes day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a care assistant at Ljungberga, you are responsible for person-centered care for individuals to preserve their abilities and independence. In addition to standard care tasks, responsibilities also include medication management, contact with relatives, and performing daily and rehabilitative interventions to help individuals maintain and/or improve their activity and functional capacity. Resource service means working in all departments at Ljungberga.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Care Assistant
- Driver's License
- Computer Skills
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in elderly care, high flexibility, and a broad delegation base. You have a genuine interest in working with people, focusing on a salutogenic approach and a daily and rehabilitative perspective. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, job satisfaction, teamwork, and collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Everyone does their best for the whole, for the individual. The work demands a high level of personal responsibility and initiative. Good documentation is required.
