As a wheel loader operator, you will be responsible for handling and maneuvering the wheel loader to efficiently move and load materials according to our client's specific needs. You will perform daily maintenance on the machine and ensure that safety regulations are followed. You will also communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity. Your role will also include assisting with inventory management and performing basic logistics tasks as needed.

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a valid certification to operate a wheel loader and at least two years of experience in the field. You should have a good understanding of safety regulations and workplace laws, as well as hold a driver's license B. The ability to read and understand technical manuals is essential, as well as basic knowledge of Swedish to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Desirable

It is a plus if you have experience working in the construction and civil engineering sector and have previously handled materials such as gravel and asphalt. A certificate for heavy loads is a bonus, as well as skills in performing minor repairs and maintenance on machines. Experience working on projects with strict deadlines and previous collaboration with various professional groups can also give you an advantage.
