Kronan's care and nursing home at Krondalsvägen 47 is now looking for a nurse who wants to become part of our operations. Kronan is a larger facility with 144 patients distributed across 15 departments. In this position, you will be responsible for three of the departments and will be part of a team with five other nursing colleagues in the building, along with other professionals.

Your role with us

As a nurse, you will have a stimulating and varied job where you have significant nursing responsibilities. You will work in a team with both various internal professionals and external healthcare providers and have the opportunity to plan your workday yourself. The role also includes:

• Planning and implementation of care measures
• Documentation
• Delegation of tasks to nursing staff
• Medication management
• Training and supervision of staff and patients

Your working hours are primarily during the day according to a schedule. In a 12-week period, you will work 4 evenings and 2 weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly patients who have physical and cognitive disabilities. Furthermore, you should have:

• Nursing license or ongoing education to become a nurse with graduation in the near future
• Valid B driver's license
• Good digital competence and can handle phone, apps, computer, and programs without problems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools as needed

Previous experience as a nurse, experience from municipal care, or completed specialist training with a focus on district nursing or elderly care is an advantage. As a person, you are structured and take responsibility for planning and prioritizing your work. You enjoy collaborating, build good relationships, and work towards common goals. You are also creative, remain calm in challenges, and find new solutions when needed.
