You can work in elderly care or in our services for people with disabilities. There are good opportunities to work as a substitute during the spring and even after the summer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In Elderly Care, you can work in nursing homes, home care, service teams, or night patrols. The work follows the Social Services Act, and the assistance is tailored individually to strengthen independence and participation. In all operations, you assist elderly people with care, daily chores, activities, personal hygiene, medication, and documentation.

In Disability Care, you can work in group homes, service housing, short-term stays for children, or as a personal assistant. You help people of all ages with various disabilities, such as autism, physical and/or intellectual disabilities, to achieve a meaningful daily life. The work follows the LSS and Social Services Act, and the support is tailored individually to enhance independence and participation. Your tasks may include care, assistance with cooking, cleaning, planning, recreational activities, and social interaction.

In both operations, you will work on a schedule during June, July, and August when our regular employees are absent. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and/or night, and in some operations, on-call work may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have previous experience working with people. You will receive a good introduction that provides you with the right conditions to get into the job. The introduction will be both digital and practical. Important to us are your attitude, engagement, and approach.

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the desire to work with people and a genuine interest in helping others
• You have a good approach, are responsible, and can easily collaborate
• You need to be able to work consecutive weeks during the summer
• You can communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing
• You have some digital skills, as much of the work is handled via computer or apps
• A driving license (B) is required in several of our operations

We also welcome candidates with completed or ongoing education in health and care, child and leisure, or higher education in social work or pedagogy.
